Safety First:
We provide unskilled construction workers and sixty percent of our workforce are adults with varying degrees of intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Our top priority is to keep our workforce safe We are fully insured and provide training, supervision, safety equipment, clothing, and gear. If there are any concerns about keeping our workforce safe, we ask that you contact us prior to our scheduled appointment and allow our crew chief to visit and review the job.

Rates & Equipment
Our Equipment:
We provide unskilled construction labor. For each job, we can provide a 5-person crew, hand tools (such as wheelbarrows, shovels, rakes, brooms, etc.), a 3 cubic yard dump trailer, and safety equipment. In addition, we provide limited supply of power tools (such as mowers, weed eaters, saws, etc.) and ladders for our employees who are trained to use this equipment.
OUR RATES (Available Through December 2025):
- Hourly Rate: $150
- Half Day (3 hours): $420
- Full Day (6 hours): $800
Rates include labor costs for a 5-person crew.
Materials and supplies are not included but can be provided at additional cost.
